our vision to lead a new class of physical therapy and performance began in 2004. that's when we launched activcore, a one-on-one practice model that put each client at the center of everything we did for the fastest results possible. we also brought the redcord suspension system into the united states (from norway) and became the foremost expert in suspension based physical therapy and fitness. today, with 10 practice locations in colorado, georgia, new jersey and pennsylvania, we are inspiring physical therapists across the country to stand apart from conventional factory-style pt. the suspension system we use is called redcord. it comes from norway and consists of ropes, slings and bungee cords. similar to floating in a pool, the redcord suspension system creates a zero-gravity environment where people of all ages, all sizes, and all abilities can safely exercise with correct form and without pain. it’s like aquatic therapy on land. redcord is the gold standard in suspension exercise. it gets faster results than ordinary pt and strength training. the difference is felt at a neuromuscular level. when your nerves and muscles are fully reconnected, the effects are extraordinary.
